Jung's Martial Arts Center offers a variety of classes for all age groups and experience. Classes generally are 50 minutes long and cover a variety of programs such as stretching, cardio training, self-defense, kicking, grappeling, and sparring.

Class sizes are always monitored and kept at a certain level to insure that you receive the right amount of attention and instruction.

At Jung's Martial Arts, our children's classes offer an excellent mix of formal training and fun. All students will learn the art of Hapkido in a fun, friendly, environment while building the character skills of respect, discipline, and confidence. Training can begin for a child starting at the age of 5.

Learning Martial Arts as a child is a rewarding experience that will enrich their lives while providing them with an atmosphere where they can train their bodies and minds while making new friends and having fun.
